Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Each item is handmade and may have small imperfections or flaws - this is normal and part of the charm of purchasing something handmade. That said, if you feel the item you purchased is not as described, it can be returned within 7 days after the item has been delivered to you, the customer. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs on returns are paid by you, the customer. Please package the item carefully as they are fragile and we can't issue a refund for broken or damaged items. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued.
No returns for custom items.
Damages/Claims:
Our items are packaged very carefully to withstand transit, but sometimes accidents happen. If an item arrives broken, please contact us immediately so we a replace it.
